Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Contact our support team at support@candlebros.com or use our contact form to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please include the RA number with your return.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement free of charge and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.

Return Address

Please wait for return instructions from our support team. Do not send returns to our business address without a Return Authorization number.
